I've never seen it, but I've known about it for years, back when I was looking for info on old cartoons I used to watch, at the time I was looking up The Super Mario Bros. Super Show. It sounded like an interesting concept, though I've heard it wasn't that good.

They essentially took the games at face value (planet from Metroid was called Metroid and not Zebes, etc.) and added really stupid character quirks to them. Like Pit turning words into faux Greek sounding words.
