I haven't posted a vent on this site in a really long time. But I do like this one, so I might as well get a bit of feedback.

The story behind this is a slightly scary one. It was way back during the summer I had first joined Deviantart. I was still on my ~TeddiursaBear account. There was one day when I began receiving multiple notes and comments from multiple accounts saying horrible things about me. Most of them were general insults about my artwork and character, but it wasn't until I switched accounts and tried to hide that they started getting worse. Eventually it got to very personal things about my life. They knew what high school I went to, and the marital status of my parents... and things that I never share with anyone but my closest friends. Naturally, the accounts got banned, but it wasn't until I'd made amends with a person I was fighting with that they finally stopped. Granted, I'd ranted a bit in a journal about the person, but never did I use any names or user accounts. Frankly, I've never thought the comments I'd gotten matched the things that I'd said. I was still pretty young and naive, and the threats were clearly from someone either my age or much older...

This happened probably four years ago now, but it still gets to me sometimes. I wouldn't really have to think about it so much if I'd found out who the other person/people were, but I've never gotten that closure. I did go to my local police station once they got really bad, but they had no way of finding out who it was. (Honestly, I don't think they even tried...)

So... kudos to those who read all of that.

tl;dr: lots of emotion. Lots of anger. Was harassed, still don't know who did it. Pretty, emo, vent picture.
