Poor Blot, indeed. A sad and interesting statement here, about how people in our society can be treated cruelly for no reason other than the misfortune of being disfigured in some way.

??? Is he from the old marvel run? Never heard of him, mind you, outside of the current IDW and the original G1 eps (even then it's a bit hazy) I don't really know the supporting TFs...

He's a Terrorcon. Came out in the 1987 series. This Mosaic is actually more characterization than he ever got in the Marvel comics.
