Seriously, Franco, do you have these stories locked up somewhere? I want to raid your storage facility!

I think there's some great storytelling in the art here - loads of movement and everything's really clearly communicated.
That's what yer comics is all about!

I love the concept of how Bombshell got the cerebral shells!

Now this is a really cool idea. The art's a bit fiddly, especially around the faces, but it's still easy to see what's going on.

This story is really excellent. The art is a bit meh, but the story makes up for it. Faved.

Oooh, very nice. I'm a sucker for stuff with Jetfire in it.
The art seems a bit simplistic to me, but the colors are very nice, and the writing is awesome.

very nice but i would have thought the cerebro shells would have been a genetic thing from his recitfier chip. like how rumble has his pistons or skywarp can teleport

Hehe, you read my mind. I have another plot development that goes in this direction... for the same continuity, I mean!

So THAT'S where those cerebro shells came from; really interesting!

Interesting take on the development of the cerebro-shells and the launcher.

Ops, I'm repeating myself: the idea comes from the clever writing of mr Simon Furman.

Yes, the Titanium Jetfire is based on Figueroa's design for War Within

Nice touch on using Skyfire's WW design and the basis on the cerebro shells.

It was all hinted "War Within: The Dark Ages", thanks to the clever writing of mr Simon Furman.

Anything specific? I can't recall anything hinting at that myself

When trying to make Grimlock reason, Jetfire mentions an "incident with the cerebroshell": this made me think that Grimlock's impeded speech may come from a damage caused by a cerebroshell, and Jetfire supposedly was experimenting with these shells, when the incident happened, so it would make reason that he designed/create them as well.

Ooh, I like the style of this, Shawn.
Good story, too. Great exposition on Jetfire's early days in the War. That's always one of my favorite angles of G1.
