Excellent writing, as always. I do enjoy the small touches--like 'Hand of destiny on my shoulder', as Octane grabs Astrotrain's shoulder. Easily read, and digested.

This foreshadows two big things about these two - Astrotrain's infamous reputation as the Decepticon taxi (Octane is so right about him being let down), and Octane getting on well with the Autobots in season 3 of the TV series.
