This is a really great and well lighted piece. But I feel it falls a bit flat in the pose. He should possibly have a bit of implied sideways motion to the left and should be looking up (he looks like he's looking at the ground) as if he's about to engage in combat. The originality is actually very outstanding for a mech piece (there's only so much you can do with robotic parts). The insignia's and aesthetic quality is outstanding. Another critique I'd have is that the frame is a little to big. If you follow the rule of thirds, his head/torso should be dead center in the frame. You should either make him stand more erect as to be higher in the frame or crop the top out a little.
