This looks so cool! A new Space Ghost show should get made where the four of them become a superhero team with Moltar, Zorak, and Brak starting off as villains but then joining Space Ghost for one reason or another.

I cant help but think of Mr Burnes from the Simpsons when I look at this Zorak.

I can't help but notice that Brak kinda looks like a mercenary. I might draw him in this style; I'm also planning to draw him Garfield-style.

The one downside to a serious reboot to Space Ghost would be, for me anyways, I'd miss "Hit Single" as his theme. Which is a shame, because it's an awesome theme as well, but too associated with his talk show.
Though if I had my way, C. Martin Croker would still be Zorak's voice.

Now this is the real Space Ghost. He, along with the other HB heroes from the 60s, are some of the best.
And of course, he should have a comeback. And not in the same style of Coast to Coast, I'm talking about returning to his serious/action-packed days, while also adding in a bit of Batman TAS like elements into the mix for greater success.
Also, they're gonna need a serious actor to voice the ever so awesome Space Ghost. Here are my picks:
Billy Crudup
Mark Ruffalo
Mark Valley
Bryan Cranston
Kyle MacLachlan
Kurt Russell
And, just for pure luck, Matt McKenzie (Auron from Final Fantasy X)
So, what do you think of my choices for the new Space Ghost, my friend?

A Batman TAS style Space Ghost cartoon would be fantastic! And the cast list is pretty good, too.

I thought of something a long time ago of which was to be a serious Space Ghost reboot called simply "Ghost". It would have Space Ghost, a survivor of a genocide of his race of mutant humanoid aliens called"Geists" who have supernatural powers that are enchanced with add ons for use and acted like Galactic police men almost and along the way he'd met up with other H-B characters and would lead to a more serious story but the moral being that even though in dark times it seems like there's little hope there is still good left in people
The problem I had was I was making a story with a dark plot with a moral which, while interesting, just seemed kinda ironic and considering Space Ghost survived a genocide by a mad dictator of his people and rather dark events happened like the destruction of Earth in the year 2997 or something, It felt the moral was underminded and Back then I wasn't as good as writing hypothetical ideas for stories and reboots of of old shows so I felt I couldn't do the moral right
I could always look back and redo it now but I don't know

Indeed! I must admit, I first heard about him through "Coast to Coast" and "Cartoon Planet", but his more 'serious' adventures are a lot of fun too!

I only saw the 'serious' ones. I was seriously little at the time...

I would pay good money for a reboot of Space Ghost in the style of the new Thundercats show. If you can make that work, you could probably make Space Ghost work.

DC actually did a "realistic" Space Ghost comic miniseries a few years back that I remember enjoying quite a bit. I believe they even worked in the joke from the cartoon about Space Ghost always shooting Zorak with his power bands and blowing him up only to have him come back in the next scene, but they actually explained it in a serious way and made it a really interesting plot point. Unfortunately, I don't think it had Moltar or Brak.

I actually know that. I've been meaning to check it out. I'd just like to see one closer to the style of the new Thundercats, less goofy but not trying too hard to be serious.
