Description
when i was a midshipman in tallahassee in the 1970s, i saw one of these for sale in a pawn shop.Β even second-hand, there was no way i could afford it.never forgot about it though, and when i moved back to sunny f-l-a recently, i just had to have one.
still can't afford it, but now i have one.

Good old revolvers where the word 'jam' does not exist!

Excellent choice for personal or home defense but the question is, do you feel lucky?
Well do ya, PUNK?

Inspector Callahan's choice of weapon is something I'd choose for myself.
In all my considerable experience I've never seen a wheelgun jam, have you?

Perhaps a poorly maintained or damn old revolver, but I always took meticulous care of the firearms inΒ the house.

there are other ways it can happen, even to a high-quality smith.Β revolvers are still the most reliable design, though.

Do tell how such a simple design---even a double action revolver's the most reliable machine I've ever seen.

I'v read and enjoyed your explanation, and agree completely.
A wheelgun is like any other machine, parts wear out and cause malfunctions but I'd still trust my life to a Colt Python before I'd pick up a Glock.

I never met someone with a .41 Magnum who regretted having it.Β The big Smiths are magnificent.

Of course, you can fire... unspeakable loads... through the big Rugers... DO NOT DO THAT WITH A SMITH. YOU DO NOT TAKE A LINCOLN TOWN CAR OFF-ROAD!
