Description Of course, the majority of Goths are unique in their style and music preferences. However, within the subculture there are certain "types" of Goth with particular characteristics. And it can be fun to classify them. Naturally, classifications for each "type" vary from person to person, so you may disagree with what I say here!

Perky Goths are undoubtedly the most fun Goths to be around. I'd say that luckily, most of the Goths I've met could be classified as Perky - it's more about attitude than clothes or music tastes, after all.

haha, this is the closest steryoype i can find that describes me! though my musical tastes can range from shoegazy/ethereal stuff to industrial to straight up metal.

It's amazing that this Goth scene sounds just like me too!! I like hearing Voltaire and I like to watch anything that has to do with Halloween like BeetleJuice and Nightmare Before Xmas. Plus I'm a happy go lucky kind of person and I hardly get depressed which is why the Perky Goth fits me

I love this series so much!!!! I guess I would identify with Perky Goth, or as my friends and I call it, "PerkGoff!!!!!!" I don't wear a lot of bright colors, but I have a fatal attraction to cuteness and I love to smile and laugh... so yeah. lol
