Description

Not all buildings heat or cool tho, so you have to make sure you dress appropriately for THAT, and that can be tricky. Many schools, for example, don't heat in the winter, or don't heat much, so the girls bring lap blankets to keep their legs warm throughout the day b/c they're in skirts.

But yeah like, just a LITTLE less AC/heat would be just perfect, winter on trains is a NIGHTMARE >__< (especially our local ones b/c the heat comes out from under the seats so it's like want your bag and everything in it toasted? Here you go! lol)
