Wait wait wait, Chara can still do the "Eye Thing" while in Frisks body? Does that hurt frisk eyes? How does Chara do that? Does it show his superior control over the body considering he was "awake" inside of it for so long?Β

In this comic, Chara has some power to turn his eyes red when he's angry or excited. In normalΒ situations, both Frisk and Chara have brown eyes.
Basically this has nothing to do with control things.

Chara's face is swapped over Frisk's when they take over. Not too far fetched to believe they can warp it even more. Likely along the lines of the power of the soul. Or just something for animation.
