..... I'll nutshell it.
Background is something out of a Wes Anderson movie. Symmetrical, but appealing.
The tension is strong in the ticklee, and I love how much she struggles to hold in her laughter.
The tickler, the mischievous face tells me she won't stop until she hears a giggle at least.
Even so, doubt she's going to stop after that.
Rendered great, as usual I'm filled with envy.

heh, I had to look up Wes Anderson, but I see haha. Apparently I've never watched a single one of those movies, even though I recognize the titles of a bunch of em'. I find that interesting.

The borders and effect really intensify the scene. But it came with a price: the tickler's feet, hahaha. Good work!

haha, yeah, I wasn't sure if I was even going to include Selesia's feet to begin with. I think in my original rough-sketch, her lower body was a little cropped off, heh. But I just went ahead and drew it with her feet in there in the end anyway (seen in the other version of this pic) haha

I'm glad you did! In my opinion it's always nice to see the tickler's bodypart they are tickling, feet in this case. It's like an even more helpless feeling to the victim, don't you think?
But the lack of the feet in this one make things more interesting... Because the other pic could be Meteora's point of view. She is inmerse in a well detailed room, she can see Selesia tickling her, and also Selesia's feet, exposed (even in socks) but untouched, secure, contrasting hers, that are being tickled. So she is inmerse in a room and you are getting all she is getting.
But in this pic, it's a bit different. You don't get all the information. The background is blurry, the image is cropped and focused, and you get a closer look to both girls reactions. Do you know what could it be? Selesia's point of view. Because when you're the tickler, all your world in that moment is your victim, right? So, Selesia just see the couch, Meteora's hand, feet and reactions.
So with the same scene you give us 2 different stories. Not just because of these two but all your work, I think you're on my top of artists from all my fetichist years, my friend!

Wow. Super nice analysis. Reminds me of when I had to study prose in literature class. The same way one infers meaning in a story through the description of scenes in a book, is like how you inferred 2 stories through the slight difference in my drawings. That's pretty cool stuff. That way of thinking is really something to keep in mind going forward...
And I don't think I ever really considered the helplessness that comes from having the tickler's corresponding bodypart exposed, but I can see what you mean for sure now that you bring it up. It makes sense.

Haha, I'm glad you like the analysis and I'm glad I gave you another perspective.
But, yeah, you're indeed. There are a lot of good artists out there, people who have really good abilities with the pen. But some pictures are lack of life, yours are full of life. My favorite artist so far is Kidetic, in this aspect, and you are really good too! Go ahead, thanks to you!
