Description
Female calliope hummingbird. Taken at the University of Idaho new arboretum near the red barn in August.Should I crop the picture on the left, or is the balance OK the way it is? Any input is welcome!

I think that the balance is relatively ok and that you shouldn't necessarily crop it. I love how close you got to the hummingbird- you can see all the details. The only thing that bothers me a little is that I feel as though the background is a little busy and takes away from the bird itself. But other than that, good first deviation!

Thank you! I think I may clone out the blurred vegetation in the background that's just to the right of the bird's beak.
