I know I should be eliminating owed art but I simply had to get this fluffy dork out of my system ;;

So Tri, another chara. How did that happen?

I had him in a dream on 22nd September. Basically my brain threw something really similar to him at me and tried to convince me that this was Aughoro. I remember clearly only white body, blue head with some fluff and those strange ears. My subconciousness is a messed up place, I know. At least I'm never bored.
Anyway, right after I woke up it took me only a second of staring at the ceiling while coming up with a name, backstory, connection with my headworld, basic behaviour and characteristic Even I don't know how it happened.
The tricky part came when I started to design his markings |D The original concept had only blue head, the rest of the body was completely white. It... didn't work out so I improvised a bit.

All you need to know is that I love this another dweeb of mine to death and I'm proud of how his reference sheet turned out

Name: Jean (named after the scientist Jean- Baptiste Lamarc, this explanation came after I got him a name =w= )
Age: 30+ (year here or there, quite old for an artificial being)
Gender: Goes by male pronouns
Sex: Nada. No thingies. Not sorry.
SO: ... U kiddin' me, m8?
Birthday: September 22nd
Height: w/o the mohawk ~185 cm (6'0.8'')
Weight: Stop asking questions ~80kg (176lbs)

Bio

Jean is merely another one in the chain of endless human curiosity and experiments. He's being held in a lab controlled by a certain group of Eetos on Earth. So yes, hoomans and space-derg-dogs decided to co-operate on the quest of creating a perfect artificial creature who could be used as a weapon. (Un)fortunately Jean has too many flaws to fit for that task - his healt was critical for the first years, it took a lot of effort to keep him alive instead of developing his body further. What scientists noticed about him was his endless curiosity towards everything they did so they decided to start educating him. Now Jean just sticks around the labs where he was "born" and minds his own business. He's still being poked with needles and bugged with all sorts of tests but he's used to that.

Personality

Well he's not shy but rather laid back, calm and curious being with good intentions. When you're around him you can sense the soft thirst for knowledge floating around him... ohwait, I meant fur, didn't I? Yeah, he sheds quite a lot but that's not the point here. He's also polite, of course. Avoids physical combat as much as he can but when attacked he will fight back before pulling back, he has been taught to fight for self defence after all. Leans towards positive attitude and is the happiest when gets to read some book in a comfortable chair... next to a pile of more books. Isn't the type of fella to choose sides, always stays neutral and out of conflicts that don't have anything to do with him. He also enjoys intelligent conversations and hearing others' opinions. Good listener who will try to give advice. Is into science but not enough to get his hands on it, he has been through all this and rather doesn't support artificial life. Even when he's irritated he will maintain good behaviour ... or... well... if you drive him too far then utterly nasty hidden insults will follow.

Abilities

He can't do much but there are some aspects worth mentioning here:

* His blood has unique texture, that's why it behaves like mercury when gets into strange environment. It isn't toxic or harmful in any way.
* Wounds tend to heal slow. One reason why he avoids anything that could harm him.
* Eyes reflect light back a lot. That's why they seem so bright.
* Needs glasses for reading.
* Mentioned self defence before... yesyes, he will break a bone or two of yours if you really ask for it.

All the other stuff

Just some basics: Doesn't wear clothes because he simply doesn't need to. I mean, look at all that fluff! But when an important event takes place then yep, he will get formal clothes on. Jean eats regular human food (digesting system ends with cloaca), still has some health issues from time to time, loves black tea and chocolate. His voice is slightly deep and relaxing (I'll try to find some example) and it's rare to see him lively express emotions.
Ummm.... what did I want to say here again? Oh, the major spoilers part: His DNA was used as a base to create Aughoro. Hahaha I know, I have to redo Augie's whole ref now |D So if you like to take it as Jean is Aughoro's "dad" then sure, that floats my boat XD They haven't met and only Jean is aware of that.
