This was the one humanization I've been looking forward to do. I really miss the old school Disney style.

Oliver - Children are not my strong point, but I managed to pull it off. I absolutely want to avoid giving cat ears and too many stripes. I try to give the vibe that his clothes are picked up off the streets and are not meant to fit him.

Dodger - I feel that is the most accomplished. I've had a strong idea for him that hasn't changed since I've first conceptualize him. He has more of a Ferris Bueller vibe than a gangster vibe.

Tito - Since chihuahuas are often portrayed Hispanics, I am following that trend. I've also based him a bit on a Hispanic friend I've used to talk to. Tito has a short but muscular build since he seems to be one of the most hard working of the group.

Georgette - She has this Little Mermaid feel since she was animated by Glen Keane who did Ariel. Since I used Ariel as a template, she came out pretty easily.

Rita - She looked the most human, along with Georgette, out of all of the dogs in the movie, so hers was simple. She was conceptualized around the same time as Dodger and stayed the same since. Her clothes gives the most 80s vibe out of everyone.

Einstein - His was the most difficult to do since he looks and acts like a dog the most out of all of the characters. Since he's really fond of the Sparky book, I thought he should be a big strong goofy guy who enjoys the little things.

Francis- I've decided to base his appearance on his late voice actor since they sort of resemble each other. I gave him an exaggerated pear shape due to him being overweight.

Roscoe and Desoto - They have the same build, facial features, height and clothing, with only the skin color being the different to match their corresponding voice actors. I translated their collar into watches which I thought was clever. I didn't want to make them into a another Sykes, since they obviously are more physically active than he is.
