That's a really nice rendition of Hagrid. Very 'mountain man' esque, which suits him quite well I think.
Snape manages to look delightfully feminine.
My only critique is the length of Snape's thumb there on Hagrid's chest. Other than that, everything looks great.

Thumb too long? Too short? My ref shot was very over exposed, so a lot of detail was lost.

lol, hands are not my forte by any means. I tend to suck at them. Which is why I draw so many werewolves and things with stubby paw hands instead. XD
