Description
First piece done in a long long time, thanks to my friend Don, in his Artist's studio. I finally sat down with tablet in hand and started to practice painting. It is a small image and it was of one of the few things near by... but its probably the first artistic piece I made for myself since graduating in March.

This took about 4 hours (I guess) from start to finish including warming up and practicing brush strokes. The actual item was in front of a window and while I had started with day light the end was at night (after a lovely barbecue dinner) -- so I couldn't really finish it since the lighting had changed so dramatically.
