Description
The eyes of some of the characters in Heartstrings..svg file attached. I was thinking about uploading a high-res png too, but since eye shapes usually change dynamically, I think you are better off with the SVG, which you can morph any way you need to.

In my browser (firefox), if I click on it then it opens the svg file like a picture. How does your browser handle it? Do you get any response at all when you hit the download button?

Found a solution: right click on the download button, and hit "Save target as".

I don't have a program that can open it. I have SAI, Photoshop Elements and Sketchbook Pro, but that's about it...

You're welcome. You can also export the individual shapes (the parts of the eye) or the whole eyes altogether into png format in Inkscape, so you can work on it in Photoshop too. Though I highly recommend Inkscape if you are doing vectors.
You can also use the two side by side, it's easier to build and modify the vectors in Inkscape, then put them together in Photoshop/Gimp/whatnot.

Yes, they do. Look at the show carefully, the eyes can take either oval or near-circular shape, depending on the emotional state. If you watch the episodes carefully enough, you'll see it too.

Yep! Well, at least for the ones who appeared so far. I used Berry Punch's color for SeaSwirl, I think. I'll most likely upload more in the future with the colors of the other characters I haven't brought in yet.
