Not forgotten, unknown. She must know as much as ponily possible, for reasons not yet revealed. Spoilers tho: it will tie into the main story line, so it's kinda important.

Gods, is there anything that doesn't connect into the story? Do you have a wall in your house with notes, pictures and sketches connected by red line conspiracy theorist style? I've heard of Chekhov's gun, but don't you think you're going a bit far?

Nope, it's all in my head. Along with 3 other worlds (my creation) with at least 5 individual stories and a metric buckton of characters. xD
I hope at least part of it will ever see publication, though since I'm more likely to make a living from designing computer science stuff than publishing adventure novels, they are sadly on low priority (just like this comic).
But not all in this comic is necessarily tied to the main story, e.g. the Berry household's side story. And the Derpy's is only marginally related (as they get the 'medicine candy' from the grumpy candy horse to treat Derpy's condition.)

This is one of my favorite things. Stumbleing on an artist who has already been at it for a while with a nicely established comic series. One that just keeps me wanting to read even though I know I need to stop and go to bed.
I found it via Equestria Daily. Now I am hooked. So I got my eye on you *WATCH*. Thank you for creating this. This is a very imaginative comic series about Non-Mane 6 ponies. It's shipping in all the right ways for me and has me soooo hoooked.
