Of course I won't show the song itself, and I'll let you imagine any suiting song there that's dynamic and moralizing enough to take a stand against the forces of the night. My personal choice would be Warriors from Freedom Call. :3 (And hence the electric guitar, amplifiers and multiple singers.)

And as you know already, this comic follows the story of the show. So if you are expecting our mane duo to go head-to-hoof with Nighmare Moon, I fear you'll be disappointed, it will still be Twilight and co. who save the day (quite literally). This time. But our heroines's time will come too, maybe sooner than later. :3

You two in the background, you're supposed to be panicking! Stop flirting and get back into your roles!

And so started the romance of Caramel and Sassaflash in this story. They can be seen rather frequently in the show as a couple. :3
