Description
we are so lonely.upd: the models are ~Mashastik and ~Narenn
it made me very sad to realize that people
don't even see the difference between me and my models.
even if we look completely different they ask "is that you?
did you change your hair color/made plastic surgery/
changed bodies with your friend?"
even if there is a half of a girl in the background,
they ask "is that Vla?".
no one got the idea of the picture.
no one asked of the title. why it was named like that.
everyone is curious who the models are.
that is... disgusting.
and yes. there IS milk in the tube.
that is the main part of the concept.
...
I have nothing else to say and
I'm not sure if I'll be wishing to tell you anything
in the future.
I'm sorry I wasted our time.

Ahh! It's milk! I just thought it was avery odd shaped bath tube...xD
I'm sorry you feel like that. People are too obsessed with YOU instead of your ART. It's horrible 3
Great camera angle, too ;]

i get it... don't be angry for those who don't. i'm a surrealist painter, and i asked for people to give me ideas by naming random objects they wanted to see incorporated into my paintings. one person suggested i do a fruit still life.

seriously! i was hoping someone would be like "a t-rex, a grapefruit, a banjo, and a kitten" and i could have done that! i could have done a trex, playing the banjo, with a sleeping kitten on his back, and a grapefruit sun! but noooo, i got "let me see a fruit still life!"
baaaaaaaaah!

you know, I used to like you and BellZ for several reasons: one, your vision and your camera work is amazing. two, you weren't uppity artsy people who forced people like me and a lot of other people I know to GET your messeges. You used to let us think of our own messege, let us try to imagine what it could mean, like a good mystery novel.
But lately you two have just been to incredibly depressing, so dark, and not in a good way. All you two ever talk about is how much what we say upsets you. And I apologize if I do upset you or if anyone does. But you two ignored it for so long so well, the hecklars just want attention anyway.
I cant take it anymore either.

She is letting you interpret her art as is Bellz. What they are frustrated about is that people arent focusing on the art they are focusing on the person. If you read through the comments on her art many of them are concerned with "who the models are"... The people who ask questions like that are missing the point of the artwork, that or they dont care. An artist creates a title for their artwork to express what they feel or think when they see it, or what the artwork represents to them.
Troublenight is by no means trying to influence what you interpret from her artwork(or Bellz) She is expressing her frustration for the immaturity of the people here on DA.

I agree that the focus should not be on the models, and its possible that I am overreacting, but I still get the feeling and hear from both of them (or from just her now that BellZ is gone) the bit about the messege.
I'm sorry but it just frustrates me.
ps. I love your Wicked quotes, it IS the best musical ever created. :]

Your upd made me angry. You should not be so disgusted because people didn't ask the right questions or completely understand your concept. Art is art, meant for personal interpretation and self discovery, not a mere concept of the artist. If people can not make up their on conclusion of it, then let them be...let them question and share a part of yourself with your loyal fans.

Asking stupid questions isn't exactly interpreting the picture in your own way. It must be rather tiring and upsetting to see that people pay more attention to completely insegnifficant details of your work rather than the concept and such..

I didnt even notice that milk, until I read that, I was freaking about the camera angle. I'm assuming it was on the shower head. That is one of my favorite angles, becuause it belittles the charge/model. This is especially interesting becuase their eyes are closed and arms crossed.
I hate the smell of milk so I commend the models for being able to stand in it. However, I dont quite understand it. Are they 'cry-over' the milk. (I know thats not it.) -Oh! Oh, no use crying over spilt milk! Oh, I win! Why did that take me so long?

I didn't even notice the milk, I sort of thought that they were sinking because the feet aren't visible. You said the milk was a part of the concept, care to explain? I'm sorry to say that I am one of your not-so-smart fans!

dear, don't bother being upset about some stupid words, questions or thoughts. your art is not for simple people. if everyone could understand it, then maybe u wouldn't call it art. it would just be a pic.
cheer up.
be happy. your are young. you should smile. i bet u have plenty of reasons to forget about this minor incident.

I just got on deviantART for the first time in a few days and just now saw this... the first question that popped into my head was, "what does that title have to do with this?!?"
But, I suppose, as you said... it's too late for questions. Sorry you feel that way, though.
Good luck.

The un-lighten room makes its part in this pic.
I also like the stripped clothes. It makes me think about what you want to tell.
But i cannot understand why you've used milk, even though it's a interesting part...

Sorry if people are not interested in the main concept of ur pictures, and I'm not sure if I got it rite myself. I still support your artwork very much and really, even if other people don't get it, at least you as the artist was able to express your ideas/views.
Please don't stop.

about the interpretation thing...
i simply think that everyone interprets a picture differently...it depends a lot on how you feel, what's going on in your head...etc...
i think that thats a good thing.
but if it's important to you that everyone understands what you wanted to tell with the picture...you should coment on it...

The only comparison between you and her is the hairstyle -a bit-. Your faces are very different. Maybe some people didn't see it, because the face is a pit upside down.. no.. from an extraordary angle. But still.
I love this picture. The angle is very cool, how did you do it? Took a blind picture? And what is the real concept, is *losthigh right?

hm as this is a conceptual work i must admit i don't get your message but it's interesting nevertheless! the clothes remind me of prisoners, milk can be a symbol for various things like abundance, purity or christus, and then again milk in a tube reminds me of wellness and, er, cleopatra, then, one person is standing, being partly undressed, revolting, waiting? and the other one is passively sitting in the corner, well, but i can't really order these elements and possible meanings for understanding. but that's probably just my abundance
it took me some time to get used to the techiqual execution as there is no play with shadow/light or colors (flash + wb?) or dimensionality. i came to the decision, however, that it kind of fits the picture's mood ^^ the only thing that's bugging me a little bit is the dark background on the left, it takes away from the composition's balance imo.
well, i would actually really want to know your actual concept.
as for your comment: you shouldn't be upset about that. "deviantart" is only a name and not to be taken literally. well yes, unfortunately. but here is no age limit, here are many young people, you shouldn't expect them to give art crits and think about visual imagery. they're rather interested in your person, they think you're cool/nice/goodlooking/whatever and they don't always make the wisest comments either. but why do you care? i mean, here are still people who are actually interested in your art, i think you should rather concentrate on them, kids get older

if you don't mind, i would like to give my interpretation of this photo.
the title plays a big part in the photo, as does the milk. The two people are crying over the spilled milk; they are wearing stripes to signify the fact that they are made prisoners by their "crying over spilled milk."
Perhaps the fact that the model wearing all stripes and sitting in the passive position (as noted by *losthigh below) signifies that she is more of a prisoner, while the male model is only partially covered in stripes and standing upright in a sense that he is no longer a prisoner, or is breaking out of it.
the more i think about it, the more i love it

i dont know why you're so upset about all of your fans, they've always been like that, and honestly, they're completely biased towards all of your work because they like following your relationship with bellz, and although some of your work is quite good, i really liked your art fom before, in the last few months i've felt a loss of raw emotion and creativity, from both you and bellz
