I kinda wish this would happen. I think its the only think I enjoyed about Cable and X-Force. On the run lovers, globe-trotting and getting into trouble, all at the same time hiding out in France to watch over a small art gallery, which was a SHIELD safehouse until it was ‘decommissioned’ and the agents re-assigned.
It lets Piotr be artsy and grow that goatee, and lets Neena get in all types of trouble, knowing a 7ft+ man made of metal will protect her, even if he doesn’t agree with it. Good times.

SEVERAL TIMES. I never EVER had problems with Kitty/Piotr, but the way Bendis is writing her, its getting frustrating. Its like previous writers have tried to age her up a bit, kinda be a grownup, date iceman!??!? (WTF on that, wouldn't Bobby be OLDER than Piotr btw?) and then have her go all weak in the knees for Peter Quill?! Say whaaaaaaaaaaa?

This really was the best part of C&X-F. Definitely dig your take.
Personally I'm always going to have a soft spot for Pryde and Wisdom from Ellis' run on Excalibur.

It was an interesting take for her, indeed! That relationship was good for him, I suppose. It would have been nice that she got a bit more grit from him. They've tried in the past to give Kitty an edge and it just doesn't hold.

She makes a better partner for him than Kitty does. Those two have had their run, and they need to see other people!
I like the new take of Colossus, although I never really got Domino's character.

Writers just write Colossus as so static, very little needle shifting with his character development. Think he's been in neutral since Fall of the Mutants, and that sucks. Domino is an interesting match for him, she' globetrots, is a thief, gets into all types of trouble, but at least tells you straight (more or less). It would be a great story of him trying to set her on a straight path and in unknowingly getting caught up with her antics and I dunno....ENJOYING himself.
