There is but one DOOM.I was inspired by John Paul Leon’s take on Doom over at Project: Rooftop [link] . Borrowed a few ideas as well (hey, they’re GOOD ideas) and made this. Love the over the shoulder cape, high boots, and the braids and sashes. Imperial, Dictator, Imposing…..all these things should be DOOM. Changed his mask mostly because I wanted a glimmer of humanity to peek out. The mask itself is damaged to show his opponents that many have tried, but none can defeat DOOM.

I don't think doom would show his hair... or any skin at all. But very well done, very fitting.

Part of me found something was really off about this design.. But the rest of me loved it too much, so that part of me got drowned out.
I guess it was just because I wasn't quite accustomed to a Doctor Doom look that wasn't the full plate armor under a green, hooded tunic. But this is probably the closest to an MCU Dr. Doom look that we're gonna get, and I'm not opposed to it.

I love the real regal and politician look to it, it really shows that Doom is the Leader of Latvaria

Very badass. I think you should find a halfway point between this design and the original Doom style mask. Its cool as it is but it doesn't seem to carry his trademark look as much if you get what I mean. Do away with the rivets and such and maintain the advance and smooth look of this one with possibly the glowing eyes as well but bring back some of the other features. That way, it'll be apparent immediately that this IS DOOM. As far as the rest goes, very well done. I kind of wish you'd make these all a little bigger to really see the details though. They're just a bit on the small side.

I did try to make the current mask work, but you know, John Paul Leon's was WAY different, and I liked how he handled the mask there. This is suppose to be very old world, civilized barbaric at its worse.

No hood I'm afraid. I pondered it but they militaristic aspect of his look seemed to not warrant the hood. Maybe a more.....battle ready version would have it?

It just didn't work with what I was trying to do. Instead of a cutting edge angle, it was more hardcore old world.
