Its a series from Image Comics, written by Ron Marz with art by Lee Moder. It's a samurai vs. vampire in modern Japan. The main character, Shinku, is the last of her samurai lineage who have sworn to destroy all vampires. She has a manservant of sorts, an ex sumo wrestler Oshima and an American scientist Davis Quinn.
Its a fun romp and I had the pleasure of doing a pinup in the graphic novel when it was released.
