Description
YAY!!!!I finally finished, after some 6 hours of work. A lot of it was thinking on the design! This is all from my head; there is a little Mirage, TF2 Megatron, and Thundercracker inspiration in her design. The image I just updated; more design on the back view; it seemed too plain for me; and the rez is at 600 dpi instead of 300 of the previous image.
The back view is actually a traced version of the front view. My desk has a built-in glass area which can be used as a light-box. But it has no built-in light...So I put my desklamp underneath, tilted the head (its one of those flexi ones), put the penciled front image on the glass, put another comp. paper sheet overtop, and traced with an ink pen. Then I flipped the inked paper and put it under the original and traced with a pencil the reversed silhouette. The only problem was the feet. I never traced any of the inside; it's a habit I have XD.
This is Novus in her favorite form; 33 feet tall, pale silver with blue and yellow highlights, and is capable of flying in robot form. Those are jets on her back. She transforms into a Cybertronian-style fighter-jet (this is her Cyber. form). She has a twin: Nefarious, who is also a Shifter like her. They are special Shifters; they can shift into anything they want (most Shifters can only take the form of something with similar mass). Despite being twins, Novus never formed on Cybertron, but formed through a human, through a process that took 100 years. Novus was born to fly, a trait from the human girl who fought in the CAF. The three symbols you see in the lower center of the paper mean this from top to bottom:
Novus, Shifter, Sekhmet Eithna Zayn. I like to put it: Shifter Novus, designed by Sekhmet Eithna Zayn. XD
I will be eventually posting a colored version in a few months: school's starting in 9 days, ugh, so my time on the computers doing artwork will be slower, sadly!
Comment, please!
