Just one of those random cute ideas that I get from time to time. Took a couple of days to finish.

With the loveable puffball being one of the many things that are popular subjects in the field of art; in fact, it would subjected to the allusional references of being based after works of all kinds. The coloring of it has the feel of an acrylic watercolored pastel painting. Onto the work in question altogether, it references the immortal classic play, "Le FantΓ΄me de l'OpΓ©ra" or better yet in english, "The Phantom of the Opera" by Gaston Leroux. The character in a dark blue shading, Meta Knight, is playing the main protagonistic role of Erik the disfigured musical genius better known as The Voice; however, with the play having acheived much cutural recognition for almost a hundred years, Kirby see this as a convention he likes to interact with. The thought of the pink puffball's appearance makes Meta Knight want to disappear.

I really like this, I can't find much to say against anything here.
I love the colors here, with a settle background that helps bring MK and Kirby out more. Love the expressions as well. Poor MK..
Kirby's mask seems to not fit him very well, as well as MK's mask does on MK. It seems to kind of hang in the air so maybe cutting off part of the mask to fit around his face more would be better. Love his clothes though, it must have been difficult to draw clothes on a body that doesn't have much besides a head, two arms, and two feet. ^_^
The only thing that I could suggest is maybe adding some extra sparkle to Kirby's eyes since he's all like: 8D
I still think the 'MK as the Phantom' thing is funny, although I've seen it several times before. I like the freshness of this picture with Kirby dressed up like the phantom as well. Good job, all I can say!

Hooray, my failure at backgrounds is finally good for something! 8D I'm still trying to work on how I draw Kirby's eyes digitally...also, I was trying to make his mask appear a little big for him, but I will agree that I kind of failed at the positioning. I've had a lot of practice drawing clothes on puffballs, since many of the "Meta Phantom" pics originate from me XD
