Sniper's design is the same. Updated with some fresh artwork and a new look for 2020. Reused a couple shots from his first ref, (anthro shots & paws,) because again, design is still the same and those accurately and clearly show his markings and physique.
Updated his anatomical/physiological information as well, as that was /severely/ outdated on his first ref sheet. Also included his elemental powers and updated mission info, as again, it was outdated for a few years now.
