Mmmm, finally a ref for mah bear char.
I named him Icarus. Because that just sounded good with him. It's also an amazing song by Mythos ohho <3 [link]
Why isn't it a difficult design? When you design a bear, you don't feel the need to. Trust me, it just feels...right xD
On another note, my failed surrealism concept is now possibly going to become a new character of mine as well :I

The world needs more bear OC's, they don't get enough love~
I like his design, simple yet distinct, and the mist thing is frikken sweet.
Only thing I'd mention, (and I see some other commenters already have) is the legs, not only a are they a bit long, but bears have plantigrade, meaning their feet are flat, with the heel on the ground, like people, you gave him digitigrade feet (the kind most animals, like cats and canines have). -bear nerd-
