Pulling a title from the Pentatonix song I'm listening to TuTThis is a sneaked art trade with of their loooovely Dakarai! I've been wanting to draw this guy traditionally for quite a while <33Β I really hope you like it! I rather fancy how it turned out : D I'm trying to do more dynamic poses. ;v;
His green highlights are painted with iridescent paint! Looks sick at the right angle

This is gorgeous. Omg the way you colour and SHADE. Uggghh the way it all fades all perspective-y (lolwhat'stheword) so the head and front paws look all detailed and in focus, but his back end is futher away so it still looks AWESOME but the colours are more fadey and stuff like it actually is futher away SERIOUSLY OMG how do you do that in traditional. D: Skillz man.
Srslythough. That : D face is great. Love how you do expressions.And his mane is all poofy and flowy and loverlyyyy. The way all the clumps of fur have been shaded WOW. And his big ol ears look cool, and his mane looks all wispy and thought highliigghhts eeee I bet that looks cool irl. I love adding little shiny bits like that, it makes stuff really POP.
The paws tooo especially that front one lifted up slightlyyyy the angles on them are GREAT. And the colouring and shading on his metal bitsies are great too. All shiny and fantastic and detailed and perfect and wowIlovethem.
And his TAIL.How it looks all wiggly as though he is actually running so SO awesome. Yesyesyes. And the tail flammmmeee aaaahhh AMAZING.
I literally only just started sketching yours a few days ago. I'll have it finished up soon for yoooou! <3

c8 I'm sure you'll be surprised with how things come out! All that realism really helps your style develop, so I've learned. After going into watercolor, I've been doing more realistic things, and it reflects in my stylized art (even though my anatomy's still shoddy with that haha). I'm sure your stuff will be great!

Also love how the nearest parts are the most intensely shaded and the rest of him fades out into the distance, really enhances and sets off the wonderful perspective you've got goin' on there.
