Please, please, PLEASE, read these.
Only send ONE at a time.If you send in five deviations in one sitting, we will reject all but one of them and remind you about this rule.
It will NOT kill you to space out your submissions to this group. We are not going anywhere. Take your time.
BE PATIENT.We did NOT lose your submission. There ARE other people ahead of you in line and we ONLY approve 10 a day. You may have to wait a few days before you see your submission show up, especially if you are, say 100th in line.
Do not panic and send us your submission multiple times. It just makes a mess of things.
Please note, these rules are subject to change.

This covers animations, too. If it's general and it's going to featured, it follows that it'll have to wait until featured is open to submissions before it can go in.
If it has to do with a holiday, Holiday Theme is fine.

Updates to this are in our blog. DX I'm sorry, I'm working to update this as well to reflect the stopgap measure we had to implement because of member flooding but I can only do so much in a day!
Featured submissions will open temporarily on the 15th of January.

Hmm, I couldn't submitmypiece due "An error occurred during submission. - DiFi failed to load class" error message. Any idea why this shows up? I guess it may have something to do with code of whole group system so you probably can't do anything to it, but decided to ask anyway.

It's not the group system. I think it may be a loading or browser error. Try refreshing or shutting down your browser and trying again. You may also want to try another browser.

I have tried several times with Firefox and ie from two different computers and I get the same message. When I click "contribute art" and window appears, it just loads forever unless I click buttons from top of it "from my favorites or something". After that the window loads up normally. Now when I click "from my gallery" it loads my images. Only after that I can choose one of my deviations but when clicking "ok" I get the difi error. Same with every setting I have tried. I will look up my flash plugin's version as I guess these windows work with it? However I think I have the newest flash version.

That's a really, really weird error. Definitely check to see if your browser needs updates.

AS far as I know I have everything which could possibly affect to this up to date. I googled the Difi error and it seems that it's somekind system working with ajax or wahtever they use here to make those menus etc. so it isn't connected to Flash and probably not to any plugin I don't have :/

We have enough submissions despite being open as a group only two days to do submissions for at least two weeks at ten a day, so yeah, inundated doesn't even begin to cover it.
The letter requirement was good, but we still had some issues with it. Now it's approve-deny and we can control the flow a bit more.

You just have to wait for your first submission to appear in the gallery before submitting another one.

By the way, does the note need to have link or is thumb enough? I'masking this because I posted accidentally a thumb to my submit note and I haven't seen my picture showing up. I sent it few months ago.

As Angel-soma said, we no longer require notes. You can submit existing deviations by going to our gallery and clicking "Submit Existing Deviation."

Because this is a group now, you don't send them notes for submissions any more. You submit the picture yourself, and if they approve it, it'll be posted.
