Meanwhile, at the Hall of Justice!
While Ender and Sumara settle their differences, a much larger and dreadful battle has lasted for centuries: the civil war of the demon kingdoms. Zeus has received word the demons now know Lucifer is in fact alive and not dead as they previously thought. Hermes escorts Zeus to the realm of Hades, who reassures Zeus the dark lord is still confined to his prison.
I really like how Hermes looks here. He as a sort of heroic look and that is a role he plays in my project. I waited to upload this since I was doing a 'two-part' with these characters. It's been completed for almost two weeks now. Although I've started a 3rd image to go with this and The Moros Tomb, I'm not sure it's going to be completed since I'm having a lot of trouble getting the look I want (Lucifer chained to the Moros Pit). Plus I really want to wrap up Ender's little tale before moving to more 'epic' characters.

Eh, not near as bad as so many other people. Thankfully, I'm paid for my time off for the next few weeks. After that I'll have to use vacation unless I can return to work. Otherwise I'm going to have to draw unemployment and that sucks. Hopefully, you are fairing okay in this craziness.Β

Brilliant! The look on their faces, being re-assured (or held back!) by the hand on the shoulder.. the hand gesture, the wisps of light/magic coming from the staff - perfect!
Hermes (is that the one with the beard) does have that archetypal, ancient 'Hero' look about him - I like himΒ Β

Thank you very much, Porrette. Nope, Hermes is the one with the blonde hair and holding the herald's staff. Zeus is pulling him back. You'll be seeing more of them soon (Hermes in particular). At least that's my plan anyway.

Excellent work !! I particularly liked the poses and expressions of the characters. You can see that they are worried or that something can happen at any time. I am not very familiar with this part, so I donΒ΄t know who is evil and who is good. But I'm curious to see a little more of these characters and the unfolding of the story. Β

These three are all 'good' so to speak. Several years ago I incorporated the Greek, Norse, and Egyptian pantheons into my story although several of them were already part of it. It was actually an older Greek mythology-inspired project of mine which gave rise to this very expansive story I'm working on now. I simply incorporated all my Greek stuff into this since it was so flawless to do so. Zeus, Ares (the hero to Lucifer's villainy), and the Olympians show up in my 'second' story arc when Lucifer assumes command of the demon hordes and attacks the various immortal kingdoms. Eventually Lucifer is captured by the Olympians. Despite protests from allies, Zeus condemns Lucifer to a very agonizing punishment rather than kill him. A lot of the second story is still very fuzzy for me and I really need to work on some of that more than I really need to work on Ender and gang since they really don't factor in till after the second story arc.

omg He was the king at the local nick (Police Station) he would escape me to go around the corner were I use to live and the police use to feed him then call me to say they were bringing him back lol
