Description
Named after the Slavic god of thunder and lightning, the Perun is a 9x19mm Parabellum submachine gun. Introduced in 2153 for militsiya (a type of police-[link] ) units on Pluto, the Perun served its role well. It quickly found its way into the military by 2160, and was praised for it being ideal in close-range combat. During the Great War (2201-2222) it served in the defense of Pluto in 2209. It soon found its way into the militaries of the Astro Alliance. Since the end of the Great War, many Peruns were pulled from military service and given to local police units and/or sold to civilians.
