I am a huge fan of the PSO series so this is really my kinda pic to comment and pick at until theres nothing left... however I see nothing to pick at with this picture... My god my existence is meaningless. *curls into a fetal position and sucks thumb*

Very cool. You're right, it is a little bright, but the colour scheme does work well together. Nice balanced and an interesting technique. Will check out the rest of you gallery... One suggestion, and it's definately very perticular, and I'm probably being anal and should shut up but I won't... I would add a little more depth to the flag. The rest of the illustration is so vibrant.

i like the antennas and umm sleeve part of her feathers. i think you can do better things for the white torso part... maybe a logo of some sort ?

Yeah, it is bright. But I think it works well that way. It is an uplifting message, and it just wouldn't come across as well with muted, gloomy colors. I like the splashes of pointillism you added too. They work very well with the overall image.

yeah, its not that i wanted it gloomy, just, i think that some parts required a little buit more oomph to add a more tropical feel.

Hmmm...seems to me the oomph is in your bird creature, which is where the focus should be. But I don't know what you had planned, so it's hard for me to say if it would be better or not. Just for the record, I like it the way it is.
