Well done on drawing the Bolter without a clip! So many times I have seen fanart where the artist has given the new initiate or whatever with a loaded weapon. Believe me that just does not happen, in any army, anywhere. Oh wait I forgot about those child soldier in that movie Blood Diamond... um, well... My point remains valid, because I said it does!

heck yeah! .75 caliber submachine gun... considering the weaker .50 machine gun we use today needs to be mounted on something before it can be fired. XD

It isn't as bad as you think, the bolter fires a self-propelled exploding round, basically an automatic mini-missle launcher.
There are even causes of regular humans without power aromor using smaller bolters on a constant basis.

wow, didn't know THAT about Bolters. sooo, they were at completely freakin awesome in my book, and now, they are awesomeness in gun form. XD
and yeah, i've seen models of Commissars using Bolt Pistols.
