The ancient Dreamkeepers may not have looked all that different from those of the present, if that makes any sense anyway. Still, the Dreamworld universe is barely fleshed out with lore, history, technology, and such. Any of our suggestions could potentially be right or wrong, depending on future development.
There IS constant mention of spirits in the distant past, from the Sacrare religion to the annual All-Spirit's Eve (Christmas equivalent). These spirits can be anything, even superstitious mumbo-jumbo if David and Liz decide it so.
But what if they are not fake. Perchance, they could be a different breed of Dream creatures that might have existed in an overlapping reality to Dreamworld. Supernatural beings whose existence are entwined with the Dreamkeepers, more so than anyone realizes.
That last bit is definitely pure fan fiction, but it's something I want to make a reality in Dreamworld. Eventually.

I see what you're saying. While I'm sure the Lillie's have their own unexplored idea on what the first dreamkeepers looked like, I would like to think your 3D models are a perfect idea of what they looked like. XP

Hoooooo! this is so cool. Are the halos changing sizes? Because when the blue goes to the back, it looks bigger than the green one. But when it comes to the front they look like the same size.

The blue halo is bigger but only by a small percentage. The rotating perspective makes it look like the sizes are changing.
Either that or, well, you know. Jedi mind trick.
