Shockblast has been referred to as "a computer on legs." This is not far from the truth. Logic rules Shockblast's thought processes and is the source of his every inspiration. So it seems rather strange he would be "ranked" as a Mad Scientist, he is by all accounts sane suffering no ill mental anomalies of any kind.....but then you take one look at his long line of experiments and his scientific methods and it is clear the moniker is not so far fetched. For as bound to logic and reason he is to his core there is still a brand of utter insanity that can be found behind the sins against God he has carried out with his own metal claws....

If you find my last Shockblast design kind of lacking in the alternate mode, here you go. Yeah I don't know what I was thinking with the dinky wheels so I went and did this version that uses the frame of RID 2015 Optimus with some necessary retooling.

I prefer calling him "Shockblast" over "Shockwave" if only out of avoiding confusion between his name and Soundwave's, while there is a four letter difference it's still too easy to mix the names up between the two characters (if you're not a total TF fan anyway).
