Another performer in Ms. Madd's Majestic Circus. Much as was the case with Jasmagnine, Dr. Wily decided to recycle parts from a previously fallen Maverick and rebuilt it into a new warrior. Quick Man was one of Dr. Wily's prized creations, a robot that was so powerful he almost destroyed Mega Man, this time with the new ninjitsu data and weaponry installed the reborn speed demon might actually destroy the Blue Bomber once and for all.
