A new circus is coming to town, Ms. Madd's Majestic Circus. They are bringing their paint brushes and painting the town tonight, namely the colors of havoc and chaos. Another terrorist group of Mavericks under the command of one of Dr. Wily's generals. Their main goal this time is not solely to cause chaos and destroy Mega Man but to in fact seek out energy sources to replenish their ranks after the last coop.

Needle Man himself was built with a unique javelin missile deployment system for precision attack manuvers. He is naturally programmed with keen marksman abilities to further add to his combat potential, because of it he has developed a strong sence of arrogance and pride. He looks down on those who cannot match his skill and is especially condensending towards those who re on the receaving end of his artillery. He likes to think of himself as the strongest of the Robot Masters in Ms. Madd's army.

Not a whole lot of difference other than the original design other than the bullet chains attached to his arms and back. I was thinking of making his arm cannons into syringes, but that seemed a bit out of place even for a robot named "Needle Man", it would have just looked awkward.
