Another one of the Neo Battlizers. A mysterious Robot Master that was created by Dr. Wily to help finance his operations through the creation of artificial crystals, however the authorities have caught on to the distribution of these fake crystals and have thus put the lock out on these crystals. But rather than just scrap the now useless Crystabella, Dr. Wily decided to upgrade her into a combat model, "waste not want not".

She has also fallen madely in love with her new leader Mr. Match, often finding herself at odds with fellow Neo Battlizer Starlina. The bickering these two can get into can often get on Mr. Match's nerves, the other Neo-Battlizers just stay the hell out of it as far as possible.

Here's a fun fact about Crystal Man, both he and Dust Man were designed by one Yusuke Murata who is the illustrator for the Shonen Jump series Eyeshield 21. This just makes me curious as to what the illustrators of other Shonen Jump manga would come up with if given the chance to design Robot Masters for Capcom. I'd like to see what Tite Kubo and Akira Toriyama would have done^-^
