Wizards of the Coast has started posting previews for the new Dungeons & Dragons 4th Edition game here and some of our artwork is shown.
These are the Efreets from the upcoming 4th edition Monster Manual.

There's a good reason I don't want to be some sort of dungeon hopping adventurer. See, my first reaction to seeing these guys would be to pee on them. No ice magic attacks or running away, just straight up peeing on them. I'd either be victorious or probably killed.
