Description
Artist: Roberto CampusCover image for the Pathfinder Player's Guide .
Although the UDON crew is well known for characters and dynamic action, some projects we tackle require a different touch. In this case the client wanted Roberto to paint up an old magical tome, complete with a worn metal binding and weathered leather cover.

Hello!
I saw two very interesting cover image that you have made. If I am not wrong that's an illustration, right?
I make some real leather books, and these two really amazed me. Do you mind if I turn them into real books, with leather cover and "old" paper?
If you give me the permission to make, of course the credit are yours. Without permission, of course I won't copy your creation.

Unfortunately we don't own those book design images. They were commissioned and paid for by a client and we aren't able to give you permission to re-create them. Sorry.

Pathfinder rules are excellent, it is truly something I would play and buy.
This cover is really good, it has the feeling of D&D, unlike 4.0

makes me want to reach out and touch the metalwork and binding. It's that tactile looking.

That looks really cool, I like all the 'metal parts' in the leather...

The cover is indeed very beautiful.
I can't help, however, finding the line "Although the UDON crew is well known for characters and dynamic action" somehow slightly pompous.

Addition: I just mean that it kind of spoils the beauty of the artwork itself.

wow
is the book actually going to be produced? or is that just going to be an illustration on a card or something?

I could do the same thing in Maya and in probably less time but it's amazing what some people can do with a brush!
