Hello, my lovely stalkers and peoples who randomly click on the handsome man you see above. This was just to prove, cakes, that I did not fall off the edge of the world.
For those who are reading the Guiding, this is Aeolus, the red-haired man that we caught a nice glimpse of in Briβs journal of Mishu in the last chapter. For those of you who aren't reading it, note me your email and I will send. I also wish to dissuade any thoughts on the parts of my readers that Aeolus is in any way connected to Kurama. He is not Kurama. Quite different, I think. Unfortunately, no, we will probably never see Aeolus in such attire again. He is an angel, and prefers blue robes to torn wifebeaters and blue jeans. (There are five beings in the Guiding: Angels, humans, animals, gods, and the broad-spectrum, misc group of demons. Aeolus is an angel, but not one of God's. Oo.)
Aeolus's name comes from Greek myth. The god of wind. He's the dude who gave Odysseus in the Odyssey the bag of wind that should have gotten him home. Stupid nosy brats....
I thank for inspiring me to draw after a short creative sputter.

It's in his pocket, but considering that my reference was kinda like O.o Huh? wha? Sorta deal too, you never know. He could be being naughty. Not like Aeolus at all, of course, but I really like my sexy nonangelic angel. ^-^

Ah, yes, the beauties of Prismas. It's so sad that so few people know about them...*Shakes head* But yes, he's cute...in a pet-him sort of way. O_o I don't get me sometimes...Anyway, I like him. Nice job!

In what part of the country do you live? You can get prismas at any Hobby Lobby or Michaels as far as I know. You can also purchase them online. Keep in mind, however, these are fairly expensive colored pencils. They're a buck each. But to get a decent picture, you need at least twelve. One dollar adds up fast. The complete set is 120 pencils, but you can buy them individually, too. My minimum set is 19, because I can't live without a certain few colors.

You can also look on Ebay, they typically have nice sets ready to go. Prismas are my main medium--I prolly couldn't work as well without them. ^_^

THAT, my friend, is the epitome of creative genius: The Prismacolor Pencil. Okay, okay, so maybe I'm exaggerating, but those colored pencils are the highest quality, the best to work with, and they create a lot out of a little, so to speak. I only used about three or four tones for each area. The hair? Three colors, cakes. Scarlett Lake, Tuscan red, and white. That's it.
It's really quite simple...

Lovely work! I really love the way you do hair... and your colouring. ^.^ The folds in the pants are excellent, but his left forearm (our right) looks a little off to me for some reason. But perhaps it's just me. Amazing work! ^__^

It's official, people, Aeolus is a bishie. We can go home now. LOL. Thanks so much! I didn't think he would ascend to other people's definition of bishie so quickly. But his personality stinks. He reminds me of Sesshomaru, before Rin. Actually, worse than Sessho. At least Sessho never actually kills Jaken. Although, I wish he would...lol
