Yeah, it's an eldritch horror portal from which tentacle monsters spew forth.  One person is blocking it with a thrusting sword and the other is firing her pistol into the gaping maw of doom.

I was thinking of more scenes but wondering if I should do sketchies or full comic pages.  The latter takes many hours each but a sketchie is easy to fill up fifteen minutes at a time.

hmmm, anyway to stop it? Was it a mage of some sort that opened it?

sketchie are always fun to do.. Comics take time and effort that they're really draining but its also a greater feeling of success upon its completion... Or the most frustrating disappointment when it didn't come together as originally intended. :<

Yep, you close these portals.  How you do it depends on how it was opened.  An sorcerer opened it up with a spell?  Stabbing the sorcerer probably works.  An evil cult sacrificed twenty virgins to open it?  You might need a nuclear bomb.

As for sketchie versus comic... yeah I think one of the psychological problems I got is that a sketchie can't turn out "bad" but it's not as satisfying upon completion.  But, if you want to improve you need to draw something and I've not been drawing anything.  Le sigh.

Hahaha. Wow, that's a lot of ways... The humans have been busy trying to solve portal problems. 

Yah, I can understand that. Sketchies or doodles are always fun, less serious when making a "proper" piece. hahaha.. Well there's no pressure, right?

Yeah pretty much, you just enjoy doing a sketchie.
