I'm rendering it in Poser 9 (got 10 but Velkan's texture acts oddly in it) and then I'm postworking it with GIMP and Postworkshop 2.0 using a selfmade shader. This is what gets rid of the "videogame look" as a friend called it once. I love working with Postworkshop, it completely changes the atmosphere of the piece.

I have the Artist version of 2.0. It's easy to learn but has tons of potencial. It has a lot of shaders, called styles, installed which you can combine, change and work with yourself. I created several own styles so far.
