"Everyone waiting to get in here wore something similarly strange. Is this some kind of cult?"Dick stopped for a moment, a smile on his face. "You know, you're closer than you might think. Just follow my lead when we get in there. It'll be fun."
"So we're not just watching one of your moving pictures?"
"In a way. But there's more to it. You'll see."

I love the original. The reboot wasn't bad, but I'll always prefer the original.

I must admit I hated the remake, tribute or whatever they wanted to call it - safe for Science-Fiction Double Feature. I always preferred the original Usherette from RHS over the lips from RHPS and Ivy Levan did a marvellous job. That part of the remake actually inspired me to make this, the classic posters and all

I felt like they slowed down too many ofΒ the songs, when they really didn't need to.

And for some reason sped up "There's a light". And with the rest they went for too polished, too trying. The new background band and all this overacting. Not to mention cutting down on the sex factor with those ridiculous boxer shorts for Rocky and the silly "Touch-a, touch-a touch me" which had very little actual touching.

Didn't much care for the boxer shorts myself. The one thing I did like about it for sure was Tim Curry as the narrator.

Though, I found it kinda sad to watch. He still suffers visibly from his stroke and it felt a little forced to drag him into this. I think they might have done that because Richard O'Brien bashed them.

O'Brien said that they completely misunderstood what Rocky Horror was supposed to be. He was quite vocal in his dislike for this one. Guess he's not a fan of Highschool Musical

Yup, I yet have to experience this myself. I attended the official Rocky Horror Show tour by Richard O'Brian but a German audience is dreadfully restricted. The narrator actually had to encourage the audience to do something. *groan*
