Phantom of the Opera - Music of the Night
This is a remake of a pic I actually nearly had forgotten about
Remembered it thanks to Elijah turning Tyron into a vampire.

I've been sitting here with the two pictures open on separate tabs, flicking between them to compare. This one has a harsher, bolder feel than the other one. There's more blood on Tyron's neck (along with what looks like another injury, next to Elijah's thumb), and more blood around Elijah's mouth, as well. The Tyron in this picture has been taken with more violence than the Tyron in the other one. The starker lighting and the greater marks of violence make Elijah seem stronger and more in control here. In the first version he seemed to be showing remorse; here he looks determined.
I think maybe the light on Elijah's skin is just a little too bright in places. The side of his face looks flatter than it does on the first version because the brightness has bleached out the shadow below his cheekbone (and also some of the detail of his hand, under Tyron's arm), although the shadow work on the tops of both their arms looks better in this version. The blacker, more glossy-looking hair suits Elijah - it is a little less detailed, but when I compare the two, I think maybe his hair looked a little too grey in the first version because of the way it was reflecting the light.
So this *was* Tyron's transformation?

Yes, it definitely looks harsher, you're right. I added some more shadows to Elijah's face and hand, you were right about the too bright parts. I didn't recognize that because my bf was already waiting, we went to see the new version of Avatar
Now I added the shadows before going to bed ^^ That part between the wound and Elijah's thumb is a strand of Tyron's hair btw. ^^
I changed Tyron's design several times, he was the hardest character to create because of the special way his hair was supposed to look in the vision his creator, , had and I never really managed to get it right. Now he looks a bit like Jonathan with red hair but I'm rather happy with him... don't know about her, Linky's on vacation
It's actually an alternate version of Ty's tranformation. The real one takes place in October so they wouldn't wear such light clothes. And Elijah didn't want to turn Tyron because he didn't love him back, he was forced to because Ty got into a car accident and was dying. So he would have to look much more wounded and bloody here if it was the real scene
