I'm sure I'm not the only one who wonders this question.How come Jr. is more liked by Bowser than the Koopalings?
Well...I kinda think that outside the game screen, Bowser Jr. is a force to be reckoned with to his siblings--he might be way too clever and strong for his tender age!
But then again, there's also the fact that...well, the Koopalings die way too easily. They'll either fall and melt in the lava, disintegrate to a puff of smoke, or just right out vanish. And yet Jr. just gets knocked unconscious! That might affect it...
And of course, Jr. looks just like his Papa when he was a toddler. Only Jr. is a bit smarter.
Just so everyone knows, I have NOTHING AGAINST THE KOOPALINGS.

I love this so much. You just explained Junior's ACTUAL PERSONALITY instead of mentioning he's a spoiled brat! I hate that! When has he EVER acted spoiled? I'm not seeing it. And, heck he was strong enough to get into smash. And it does explain he's a lot smarter then his father. Anyways. You're great.

Or Jr is biological, thus with how monarchy work, he'd be taking over the throne, so he'd have to be trained more.
(Adopted children cannot take over the throne to my understanding, due to not being blood related.)
I really don't care if their biologically related or not, one can happily accept that their Jr's adopted siblings~

Wanna know the real reason, Bowser prefers Jr. over the Koopalings? Bowser Jr. is Bowser's only child and acording to Miyamoto, the Koopalings are not Bowser's kids.

I can't say, but I have a theory. Since no Koopalings look like their father, Jr. could be a clone of Bowser. I don't find it hard to picture him trapped in a lab like a guinea pig, wired and tubed with enhancers to make him the "superior Koopa", something that would explain his intelligence and endurance...
But that's just me.

my sis says when he's turns to teenager (like getting pubes and growing hair on his face and etc.) he actsudently looks like half koopa and half human,and he can transform into full koopa with a transforming item (like the feather that can turn mario to raccoon mario and etc.) called "koopa horn" it looks like...well like bowser's horn only you hold it in your hand.my sis is gonna make a pic of what he will look like 
big fact:he gets with one of wario's twin daughters (the one with curly blonde pony tail and wears a black biker girl suit)and then years later he has a daughter named "bonnie" and he calls her "bon bon" and she has blonde hair and battles with a male little kid gorgan named "zoon" the son of one of the three gorgan sisters (me and my sis forgot witch one she thinks it was the oldest sister who is his momy

King of the Hill is not the most outrageous show ever like Family Guy, Simpsons or American Dad but there's something about it that seems to keep you hooked and dedicated to it 'till the very end.
