keep in mind that this rule was implemented on OCTOBER 13 at about 6:15 pm.Thats 18 hours after i submitted my written entry for the final round! 16 hours after the deadline PASSED!

doesnt it go without saying that these contests are specifically for comics? most people ask before hand if prose is allowed before submitting. atleast they have in my experience.

Theres nothing funny about this, i added it to clarify for future events. Nobody is trying to pull a fast one on you...We all know it wasn't there before now, which is WHY i dated it in the first place.

It's there so it dosn't happen again. If I actually payed attention to this crap anymore it would have already been there, so i'm just correcting a mistake of my own.
If anyone actually uses that added line as an argument against this instance, it's fairly irrelevant.
