So this is Marvin, the Paranoid Android, in a design that I quite like for him.I had been looking around quite a bit and seen other people's work on him, and the variations.

someone else...Im pretty sure I thought I saw someone else's that had a similar design.
No matter though I'd like to think that this falls within the realm of being mine, without having to account for grievances to the extent that I had merely copied someone else's work. Which I'll have you know I am not wont to do.
Anyhow...I quite like the simple design here, and I tried to stay with Adams' original parameters, whereby it is stated that his parts seem to fit, but at the same time, look ill-fitting.
He's a fluffy little robot of indeterminable sorrow.

Thats an amazing rendition of him! the entire pic just yells depressed..... yet functional. espechily like the hunched head/neck posture, very fitting, actually looks like he feels like he has a brain the size of a planet.

That's pretty badass...Alot of people have told me my h2g2 designs look like how people had seen them while reading...
Though I only take partial credit for this since I think there's another Marvin out here on devART what has an elengated style head...

Yeah. Unfortunately no matter what you do with a popular character like Marvin there will probably be somebody else that has done something slightly similar. It's a curse. I think yours comes together really well though.

Yes that I suppose is very true, but I do thank you, I like the other two pieces I did in this style alot more though...this one was done as sort of an afterthought.

Well yes, most of these drawings are missing their lower halves.
But Marvin does eventually loose a leg to Krikkit inventions on the Planet of Sqornquellish I believe.
