After many year of warfare on the planet Bellastara, the Bellators manage to not only bring peace to their planet but also to neighboring planets as well. seeing how much the people of these planets benefited from their intervention the Bellator created the United System Assembly other wise known as the U.S.A., acting as galactic police bringing justice to warring planets.

The Bellator put Captain Apollo, a much love war hero in charge of the U.S.A . Under his command he help end the war on Bellastara and in the U.S.A help well over 1,000 planets. though both native and some of his kind question some of his actions. seeing how he puts planets with plentiful resources over other that dont.

While on patrol Apollo's ship came across a strange devices. in it it held two golden discs. The discs were encoded with information of a faraway planet call Earth.
seeing a planet so eager to meet other lifeforms ( and hearing about all the resources of which Earth has), Apollo was eager to meet them.

As they got closer they receive old radio and t.v transmission. from these transmission they discover that Earthling are going through almost the exact problems as the Bellator. Apollo wants to liberate Earth from war but believe that the Earthlings might not be as welcoming to an alien encounter as they first thought.

Apollo thought that if the Earthling believed that they were natives that they would be more welcoming and avoid any unnecessary conflict. using the information from the golden discs they devise a rouse. using the information on the bermuda triangle and Atlantis, Apollo stage as the Earthling called it "The Return of Atlantis ". It worked and were welcome to make their base in the United States.
